In the 90’s, there was a public access show that had an obscenely old man with poorly dyed jet black hair crooning old songs for an hour. He was backed by a 3 piece band and had a sign that said “WGLN” in the background, or something similar.

Does anyone else remember this and if so, who was this guy?

I preferred “Talking Wrestling” on public access

Wow blast from the past, while I don't remember the dude in question. I do remember a couple public access shows like Party w/ Ulysses , Joanne or Joana ( singer), Talk Wrestling, the New England Wrestling Alliance.

Anyone remember the old man in the giant car who would drive around and talk about stuff? Public Access was so weird.

I think there also used to be public access programming that was in "the clubs".

All those people living their best life. Lol.
