I've watched plenty of people throw trash right out of their car windows, unfortunately.

Yeah this happens all the time. It’s why the streets are flooded with nips. People don’t want them in there car if they get pulled over.

So have I. Onetime a guy throws a can out of his truck window..hits my car...I honk give a "wtf" and he looks at me as if I am the problem...and speeds away in his gas guzzler...
