I imagine the Ministry of Magic probably has alarms and detection systems in place for the unforgivable curses being used. Then you'd say "What's the harm, then? Just makin my tea, yeah?" Or however that would have gone :P

Yea. Crabs do not deserve such a horrible fate. Even nature knows they are perfect being. That's why animals evolve into crabs so often

No, not even close. You can’t just say the words and something dies. It has to have emotion behind it. Anger, fear, hate, etc.
Killing a lobster does not qualify. It’s also much easier just to drop them in a boiling pot, they won’t feel it.
