No, because iced coffee starts with hot coffee. You can't just take the time for cooling and declare it to be the total required time when brewing is intrinsic to the preparation process.

Not when i make iced coffee. I just put coffee powder and cold water into the mixer then add cold milk and ice cubes. That's it. Takes literally just a minute

I'm also willing to bet that it's very similar time frame for making hot coffee using your coffee powder
