Arguably, in the game he has webs holding his old school bags and items for near a decade, so you can assume they don't, in the game at least.

Well, if he made one that can decompose naturally, couldn't he make one that needed a special formula to decompose?

He had a problem with that in the comics.
He needed to make money and was looking to sell his web formula, but no-one wanted to buy it since "what's the point in re-inventing the post-it note?"
He admitted that the web formula was created by accident before he got his powers and was a "problem looking for a solution".

In the comics he had a couple different formulas, including one for long term that didn't dissolve on it's own, but his swinging stuff will dissolve in an hour.
