Bottle recycling

Hi, anyone knows how we can get empty plastic bottles recycled? Went to the Target one, but the machine is not working.

Customer service of Target will also not accept - not sure if this is even allowed that they do not accept given that there is a bottle deposit but I did not want to argue my point. Or should have I?

You could drive out to Costco. If you are looking to just get rid of them, I would take them for myself.
