Good on you Noelene! I'm 50 and just joined a gym for the first time in my life and am seeing amazing results. Able to get around much easier, jump up out of chairs, weird pains almost gone, I feel 20 years younger and it's only been 4 months of daily strength training. I may be more wrinklier than I was 20 years ago but I was a lot fatter and sicker then, excited to see what the next 4 months can bring if I can keep at it. Been overweight and unhealthy most my life, there's a chance the last part could be the best, then again with my luck right after I hit my ideal weight in 6 months, I'll stroke out.
