Should be percent of your income/wealth/etc so if a ceo gets a tix then it’s hundred thousand dollars for speeding . If poor then only a little.

Most rich people work really hard to report a small NET income. "My business needed a 2nd $900k Rolls Royce, so this year my net profit was -10k"

The problem is those who have exceeding wealthy often have money stowed away in stock and stuff.

Personally I think once someone make or have more than certain amount, they should be forced to pay with stocks or whatever. That way it will hurt more than them spending what they will make in a few hours by doing literally nothing.

Stocks are part of "wealth."

Once someone have enough stocks, they pretty much make their income off stock alone.

Fining someone like this won’t do a thing. Take the stock away and they will feel the pinch!

Fine stocks harder. Fine them more than the value of their holdings. There are a huge amount of ways around this without giving the government more confiscatory power without any reason.

I mean for speeding I think that’s a little insane. Most people speed everyday.
