Multi use bags aren’t the best answer. My city got rid of plastic bags years ago and it wasn’t that great.

Multi use bags are a pain and unless they last over 100 times (which they usually don’t) they can be just as bad as a plastic bag because they end up in the garbage.

Paper bags at least can be biodegradable
