This is no different than a Christmas tree display. I think you’re confusing a display that is associated with a religious holiday (e.g. a Christmas tree, Easter egg/bunny display, or frankly even a Jack o lantern) with a display of a scene/object that is religious in and of itself (e.g. a cross, passion play, nativity scene, or something depicting something unmistakably and purely religious). Jewish teaching is very clear that the menorah itself isn’t a religious or holy object, despite its ties to religious tradition.
