Idk, my house is lovely and was $325k a couple years ago 🤷‍♀️

The peninsula is nice, I can still see Rainier on a clear day, and downtown Seattle is like an hour away.

Yup, WA is very unfriendly to non-tech workers and people who can't afford a million dollar+ homes.

That's if you want to be close to Seattle, hop over the cascades and the prices drop drastically.

West side is great and all, and so is eastern WA.

Edit: not really in the prices don't drop that dramatically unless you're in bumfuck nowhere with no jobs.
