This picture isnt actually “in” the national park. If you look at a map of the actual boundary of north cascades national park, the only way to get into it is by hiking. The entire highway 20 corridor is not inside the park. As a previous comment said, the inner area is Ross Lake National Recreation Area.

She is my service girl, her nickname is Duckie because she quacks and honks to alert (even though she's only trained to boop, she picked up the honking on her own lol)

They’re not allowed on a lot of trails in NPs but it also depends on the park what kind of access are granted. Certain parks like glacier, don’t allow them anywhere in the park even driving through. And this includes service animals.

Fun fact, this dogo was pictured in the north cascades national recreation area (nra). We see Davis peak in the back and Diablo up front. Dams came before the park so most land in the flood zone has looser restrictions. Ask me for more fun factoids about the nra or NOCA in general 😌🌲
