Wonder how it photographs in the winter. Does it freeze over?

The other side of the falls holds the Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater, which does not tend to be busy outside a handful of days a year during events (and has camping!) but requires membership.

Lovely to visit the falls without the crowds and hike around :)

Should check out Palouse Falls as well on the other side of the Mountains.

The campground itself is there, but it is closed. They've had a sign at the entrance since at least the beginning of last summer. Hopefully the state opens it back up, but last I heard it was closed indefinitely. The park is open, but not the campground.

I’ve lived here 50 years and have NEVER seen it so low.

Don't they turn the falls off sometimes? By which I mean send (nearly) all the water through the power plant.

We stayed at the lodge 15-20 years ago and I remember either hearing or observing that at night there wasn't much water going over the falls.
