This is the 108th and 4th intersection, looking from North to South. Old Expedia building on the SouthWest corner, new Amazon building on the SouthEast corner, One Bellevue Center on the NorthWest corner, looking from the City Center building on the NorthEast side. I've worked in this area for the last ten years.

Well I mean as far as becoming a commerce center, population density and such. Myself, we are ranchers in the Cascade foothills North of Monroe/Sultan. The "Big City" is not our gig.
