I'm guessing this is Lake Crescent in the Olympic National Park, not Crescent Lake in the Deschutes National Forest.

I use to camp at Fairholm at Crescent Lake every year as a kid. Especially nice when you can get one of the sites right on the lake's edge.

Fairholm is on Lake Crescent not Crescent Lake. Though this picture is infact Lake Crescent not Crescent Lake

I remember canoeing there once and climbing Mount Storm King at an elementary school retreat with the Olympic Park Institute. Simpler times

You gotta stop by that beautiful old maple tree by the boat launch. Every time I’m on my way further west I make it a point to stop
