I’ve only been to the Kelly’s they opened at Jordan’s in Natick. It was always good, but always overpriced and never amazing, neither the roast beef or the seafood was memorable for me.

New England Roast Beef is right down the street from here and will still be my goto.

What's the place on Route 20 in Auburn? Really good.

NERB and Major League are essentially the same place, sandwiches have different names but are still the same. I’m not saying that’s a problem, I love the Richmond (NERB) and it’s great to be able to get it in Auburn too. Having said that, the best pastrami in Worcester is at Chanis.

Heldands deli pastrami sandwich gives Chanis a run for its money

NERB is great but it’s always been a nitpick for me that you can’t get any of the bread toasted

I'm glad to read that NERB is still good.

I don’t think that Kelly’s is there anymore. There was one on Comm Ave in Allston that I used to frequent, but that’s long since gone too.

Yeah it’s gone. I think it closed shortly before or at the start of the pandemic.

Agreed. I thought the lobster roll was very good but it too was overpriced.
