Livias Dish! Their food is not too expensive.
Altea's Eatery off Park Ave is pretty good. Flying Rhino on Shrewsbury Street is my second choice.
City Line Diner, Main Street.
Deadhorse Hill. So delicious and great drink options too
Seconding Deadhorse. Absolute best pancakes and lots of fun stuff including cocktails. Their food quality is excellent, if good eggs are important to you.

Via hasn’t been open on Sundays in years
Beachwood..

Armsby Abbey is always a popular choice.
Lock 50, Deadhorse Hill, Altea. I just tried Blackstone for dinner - really good. That bodes well for brunch. Lock 50 takes reservations. For the others you may need to wait.
Armsby and Livia’s Dish
Armsby. My other go to was hangover pub, RIP
