Their gimmick is great, and they have some great options that taste great, but their plain cheese pizza is not good.

It's always pizza soup, a dreadful soggy mess, by the time it reaches us, even if we're picking it up. Dreadful stuff, hard to imagine people willingly pay those prices to get it regularly.

I always get slices from the counter when I walk and and its never soggy.

Yeah, I'm not here to defend them as being the best thing since sliced pizza, but I work close by but live on the other side of the city and have never had a problem like this.
