If it's good paint that's been stored decently (ie-not decades old stale stuff) maybe check the Habitat for Humanity Restore as I see half used cans there. I dunno what the requirements or needs are for donating so maybe give them a call first.

LATEX PAINT can be disposed of safely in the trash. Pack the can with crumpled newspaper to absorb the remainder or allow this paint to dry out.
