Horticulturist with a background in the special forces. Before the apocalypse he swore off violence and moved to the mountains to live off the grid. Now he's trying to find his family (parents, siblings etc. Or children who grew up or whatever) and on his search teaches people how to grow and maintain their own renewable food source.

A young boy wearing a preppy Catholic school uniform. He was scrappy, dusty, and short but has a heart of gold. His name is Ricki.

Ricki is a fifteen year old trying to fend off demons from the Nigh Realm, with a group of youthful demon hunters. His family is dead, outside of his missing sister, so he resides with the demon hunters as his only source of family. His outfit shows signs of wear from the battles the kid had fought in this demon driven hellscape.

A contractor/handyperson who used to build apocalypse bunkers for eccentric rich people, but is now without their own bunker (because they thought the whole thing was silly, just wanted to make some money from their expertise).

A blonde woman of around 40 years old, hair done and makeup and nails perfect. Dressed casually in jeans, sweater and a jacket, with immaculately white trainers.

Her conventional appearance and anonymous management career might mean she would have been discounted as a survivor in a post-apocalyptic world. However, her incredible people management skills; the broad streak of stubbornness that sees her maintain her perfect grooming in the face of huge challenges; and the stash of tinned goods and other prepper materials she quietly built up have seen her thrive and gain considerable power in the new apocalyptic world.

Her only outward adjustment to this new way of life is that her anonymous grey suv is now armoured and rides on huge chunky wheels.

Momo Nisuka. 18. A young and extremely happy-go-lucky girl. Was the leader of the most cutesy bubblegum pop band for nine years. Still thinks everything is cute and going to be okay.

A man in his prime years, wearing mostly brown and nondescript clothes alongside a grim yet tired expression.

A former soldier, with nearly two centuries of battle experience under his belt. Because of an unfortunate mutation in his genes that made his body stop aging past his prime, he looks younger than he should be. He constantly wanders the waste, sticking to himself most of the time but often aids beleaguered survivors under attack by the 'things' stalking the wasteland.

A grim and gritty wilderness ranger with a soft spot for beautiful flowers. Carries an air-powered rifle that fires stones he picks up from the ground which he pumps up before taking each shot. Has a scar across his neck from where he survived a hanging for trying to defend a caravan and failing.

He wears a graphic t and jeans. In winter he ads a jackets. He's always clean shaven and has a high vis jacket.

He grows poppies. He's leaning to make painkillers. His mum had a chronic pain problem and he's trying to replicate the drugs that will keep him painfree if he ever starts to exhibit the same problems.

A young adult man, scrappy but deathly serious, grew up in slums and now seeks to rule over the people around him for their own good (as he describes it), having experienced anarchy throughout his entire childhood.

He wear rags but has a noble air about him, is proficient with weapons but only carries blunt weapons on him. He has a short fuse, but only aggresses when he's been aggressed upon.
