Dogs can't see pink. This all looks grey to a dog. People are silly. The only reason your dog is excited, is because all these people are excited. And it's outside.

Well aren't you just a (not so) smarty pants?
Dogs do in fact see color; rather than three cones (RGB) like humans, they have two cones (GB).

Here's something to help with that 'knowing everything' complex that's going on here. https://www.wisdompanel.com/en-us/blog/can-dogs-see-color

So, partly wrong: So dogs can see yellow and blue, but no green or red or colors created by these shades, such as pink, orange or purple. Or, more accurately, the color they see will be a shade of blue or yellow rather than the color that you see.

Our convo aside; I doubt Mochi saw any blossoms at all because this is an absolutely horrid photo shop job. There are so many hands.

Per their earlier comment, they used a pixel tool to erase their faces, which is why it looks so jacked up. Two people holding one dog and two faces magic-erasered out = too many hands not enough humans

yes, yellow and blue. Total typo on that one. lol Meant to type YB. The link I had shared shows the yellow and blue and even a simulation of how dog's see in comparison to humans.
