Does the kookaburra like cold weather? I think I just saw 3 of these in my backyard earlier today.

The kookaburra is native to Eatatern Australia, so (if your username is referencing where you're from) you probably didn't see kookaburras. They are in the kingfisher family though, so it's likely you saw some other species of kingfisher.
