On March 28, 1984, Bob Irsay (1923-1997), owner of the once-mighty Baltimore Colts, moves the team to Indianapolis. DC is much closer than Philly. I think the Pittsburgh fans are people mostly people from west PA.

You’re right. I know nothing about sports and forgot about The Washington Football Team. I never would have figured that Baltimore would have so many transplants from Allegheny County.
