Are there any places to purchase costumes/masks in the city? Prefer staying out of the county but considering the trip.

Going on the Halloween bike party thing on Friday alone, is that.. normal? Anyways

There is a Party City off of York road a little bit north of Northern Parkway.

There are so many people at bike party, it’s easier to go alone than keep up and stay together with friends.

Bike party is amazing, ill be there too on Friday.

I hope you're comfortable riding with a very large grouping of people( almost handle bar to handle bar) if that makes you uncomfortable you may wanna stay towards the front/back.

The after party is always fun, ending at monument city brewing this month, highlandtown/canton area and always starts at st Mary's Park. If you don't live near the end point I recommend you park near the ending and ride to the beginning

The after party usually has music and can get a little crowded but is a good time. Maybe bring a bag of beers if you don't wanna wait too long for a craft draft at the ending.

Have fun and see you out there!!

Thrift stores are fantastic places for costume shopping if you have some creativity

i haven’t been in quite a while, but Artistic Costumes & Dance Fashions in Towson has always been a lot of fun to look around in. they sell costumes and props of both high and low quality.
