I just closed on my home last month in Randallstown and was originally going with Prmg, but ended up switching lenders two weeks before closing. I ended up doing business with my man Marcos at Mortgage Capital. He got me down to a 5.6 rate and I only had to bring 19k to closing instead of dam near 36k with prmg.
