There is plenty of room for housing in Baltimore lol. The city is in rough shape because it needs to be repopulated and rebuilt, and it might just be possible for Baltimore to get its chance and learn from the absolute failures in NYC, DC, Denver, SF, etc to meet revitalized housing demand.
