I was surprised at how more open deckard was about Rachel being an android and the possibility of him being one too, among other things like how John Isidore feels more grounded than in Blade Runner. I like the spin on blade runner where it's mysterious yet still works and connects but the book just feels way more down to earth and about the plight of the working man instead of about the hunting and killing replicants. I also enjoyed how it wasn't a tome of a book but instead got to the point while still weaving a unique narrative. I'm going to look into reading more from Philip K. Dick as this was my first book from him that I've read! Anyway, those are my few thoughts. Cheers
Edit: Holy cow thanks for the upvotes! I'm definitely looking into getting a boxed set with a bunch of them(but not the 750$ set 🤣)
