The George Howell locations usually have a decent selection of gear. Not sure about grinders, but it can't hurt to get in touch and ask.

I once bought a manual coffee grinder. Worst mistake I ever made. Took me twenty minutes to grind a tablespoon then had a heart attack after my hand fell off.
