Hilarious to see the price per square foot spike as you get closer to Boston. The range varies from $500k to $3.8M.

That’s not even bad. I’ve seen 1,000 sqft places for $1.5-2M

The last is $1.5 million for 1,035 sq ft.
I just looked at the prices of St Regis (or whatever it is called) on the waterfront in Seaport. Once website listed average price at $2600 sq ft, and condo feet $1.7 a sq ft. (that is a $1700 HOA for a 1000 sq ft place.

BIG difference is location though (ie: Seaport and Back Bay vs. Brighton). I see the appeal of Back Bay and Seaport but who the fuck is paying $939,900 for 1,088 SF in Brighton?!

Except for the 3.5m house in Natick, they all look like variations of the same house!

The condos in the city don't have nearly as much space as the houses.
