Hurley Mental Health building is at the other end of Gov't Center. Another concrete mess.

That building hasn't been maintained properly and parts of it are literally falling apart. It was at risk of being demolished before the pandemic, but it's in limbo now.

The Mass Dept of Public Health building in JP is also Brutalist.
