Our previous landlord in Cambridge raised our rent $2k on top of what we were already paying. And the building, while nice, didn't really have any amenities or any reason to charge so much. So we sought out a much nicer place that still ended up costing what our rent got raised to, but is a lot nicer.

I'm sorry to hear that. Rent's are OUT OF CONTROL! Enjoy the view. I haven't seen old iron sides since I was in junior high school on a field trip.
