Just wanted to show my appreciation! Even through the rain, it was such an amazing place. While my initial plan was to follow the Freedom Trail, I kept getting sidetracked by the architecture, cozy alleyways, and the juxtaposition between all the old and new.
Went to South Boston Waterfront (shame Yankee Lobster was closed) where everything was open and surrounded by water, then went to North End's Salem Street where everything was cramped and surrounded by bricks. Not even mentioning the amount of parks scattered everywhere, it felt like the city had something for everyone.
Outside of 1 bad interaction with some dude that got mad I wore a mask, everyone was friendly, too. Thanks for having me in your city. I definitely will be back in the future.

Interesting that you called it the “South Boston Waterfront.” Some groups tried really hard to get that name to stick. People seemed to be calling it “The Waterfront” for a while. But now it just goes by “Seaport”.
