Yeah, my wife and I moved to the area this year. Definitely doesn’t have the same charm as where we were in JP, but it’s super close to the T, a straight shot to downtown, and you’re also walking distance to the beach. That spot is on a hill so you don’t have to worry about getting flood insurance. Biggest drawback is the Logan air traffic. But with good windows it’s not that bad. Also there’s a bunch of development happening at Suffolk Downs so there’s more stuff coming to the neighborhood and property values are likely to benefit.
