My understanding is that college sports betting will be allowed except for in-state schools like BC or UMass. However, betting will be allowed for in-state schools like them in some circumstances like March Madness..

What isn't allowed at all for college sports in Massachusetts is Daily Fantasy and that has been the case for a while now.
