MA UI benefits, Where's my reliacard??

Hey everyone I was approved for unemployment and signed up to receive the reliacard.. my question is, where is it?? On UI it says there's 2 payments made for 1/30/23 and 1/31/23 on debit card, but I have not received the card in the mail.. When I click on the payment method it gives the last 4 digits of the card number and a reliacard ID number and says it's been active since 1/21/23.. But where's my card??? I know it says give 7-10 business days, but where is it?

That's ridiculous, do you know why it's that late?? We have bills to pay and stuff. I also thought the first payment was sent by check and I haven't received the first check yet either?? I feel like everything is so backed up!

Yeah, last year I got fired and had to go on unemployment for two weeks and they paid it all to me in a lump sum like 3 months later lmao
