Probably Apple. They could turn every i-device into apples equivalent of a Nintendo switch. Imagine an iPad pro M1 or M2 turned into a portable console. Expensive though.
Maybe Samsung? They seem to have the most android market share. Some would already say android is a gaming system already though because of emulation.

You could objectively say that most (but definitely not all) android games aren't really of console quality though. Hence emulating actual console games.

They're still a gaming platform even if half of the games are either ports or just plain trash. There's definitely an amount of the potential market for console (handheld at least) sales that have been lost to android.

Definitely, but a lot of those handheld android devices are used for emulation.

Sure, but most of them are used for games made for (or at least ported to) Android.
