I’m a console and PC player. But I prefer using a controller too a keyboard and mouse too play my games and was wondering would they’re always be new video game controllers made ? For each new Console generation? And what happens if all the retro console controllers break ?

No they won't.. End of "replacement parts" will be a bit before fanbase of specific devices will go down on numbers. After that, only fanmade devices will be aviliable.

Sorry I guess my question is u no how consoles themselves can break down ? And stop working ? Can controllers stop working due too wear and tear ? and if so what happens in the future if they all do for the people who prefer using controllers ?

Yes new controllers will still continue to be made but not for old consoles. This is why emulation is important to preserve lost media.

Anything can break due to wear and tear.

I'm sorry.. I don't know, maybe it's caused by fact I ain't native to english, but I have some problems to understand your words.. Yes, devices break due to wear or if you prefer "usage".. That's how world works.. You ever herd about "analog drift"? Same as switches on consoles, circuits, moving and not moving parts. Everything what is doing work of some sort may broke down. And we only talk about predicted causes that are effect of using devices as desifned, there are always things that designer never thought of (furious gamer?), and random occurences like transformator faliure or electrical network instabilities that results with damages.. Overvoltages are pretty popular, not mentioning users that don't know a thing about their devices or technical aspect of it (guess you heard about people that put in device totally random chargers or power supplies, from totally different devices, because "plug fitted", and ended up with not working or fried device).. Most of them might be repaired.. But knowing where goes peoples knowleadge.. well.. You have to know specialists to repair som devics.

Controllers I'm assuming will phased out, just like the console - some may stay in circulation, but let's say somehow every ps1 Controller ever made somehow broke tomorrow that would be it, they're all gone - no more of the official playstation ones. However 3rd party Controllers would still probably be made
