Every single post there's an idiot saying this. Learn what AI looks like. This isn't AI, it's digital collage. Very obviously digital collage with the originals linked. Use your brain.

Ignore them. I hate AI image generators too. But this is completely different. They're really damn old paintings (public domain), you mention and show the original paintings and a digital collage is done by hand, completely different than AI images.

Your digital collage looks great!

Either way, I don’t like it.

I don't give a fuck what you like, my posts/prints are popular. Block me if you don't want to see my posts anymore, it's that simple. People with more than 2 brain cells to rub together can tell this is not AI, just troglodytes can't tell at this point but still have to say it every single thread. It only requires the most basic comprehension skills, working eyes and common sense.

There’s a fine line between appropriation and plagiarism.

The user blocked me so I’ll say this here:

If it’s not AI then cool. AI art is garbage anyway.

There is no losing or winning my friend. Linking to the paintings originally done by the artists doesn’t negate the fact that this is basically like copy and pasting extracts from Harry Potter with The Sound and the Fury and saying it’s a new piece.

When you appropriate work you have to make it different. For example if you take a painting and then you draw it yourself with a different style and approach. That’s appropriation.

What you do is plagiarism. It’s not real art. And you clearly are in the wrong business because you can’t even handle the criticism.

Nah. Don't look for something else to give me shit about now that you're proven wrong about AI. It's not plagiarism, I fully credited the originals, I linked the originals, the originals are in the public domain. It's more than valid. Just take the loss already, and maybe try think before commenting next time.
