🖤 That looks so peaceful. I had four snakes and they'd cuddle in my sweater for my body warmth while we napped. 🖤

Cuddling snakes is just so peaceful and they're very good at it, lol. I'm just constantly afraid of falling asleep and having mine wander off into some corner then have to trash my room at 1am looking for the little stealthy fucker.
I have a Kenyan Sand Boa btw, I suggest them for anyone who might be looking into herpkeeping but afraid of bigger ones. Tiny mouth, silly looking, chubby snake, quite calm and sleepy.

Meanwhile my Kenyan sand boa is a grumpy little menace worm who doesn't hesitate to snap at me😂 anything is excused when you look that derpy though so he's all good 🧡

Every snake I've ever met has been super chill, except for the rattlesnake on the hiking trail who was a big scaredy boi that didn't want to play. Fortunately nature gave him a fuckoff noise organ that quickly alerted us to his preference. Snakes are alright.

Yeah same experience for me too. Only snake I ever met that didn’t like me was a rattler on the hill. I’m really glad my school had a pet snake when I was a kid so I could learn to love them instead of be afraid of them.

I used to put my little guy around my neck and then put on a scarf over him. He loved it.
