Tools used were the DLTdv8 app in matlab. Method of collection was marking pig joints with a sharpie and recording it walking on a treadmill. Points were then tracked throughout the video

You are probably tracking the position of the right side limbs only.
I assumed the two waves above the red line was the position of left and right front hooves.
The video would be interesting though...

Adding a visual of the pig (showing how the lines map to each joint) could make the data really visual and easily understandable. Plus figuring out how to put a Pig on a timeseries would be a fun challenge.
