Russia is exporting tanks, jeeps, ammunition and guns. Every time their troops retreat, they make another delivery.

They're still exporting a lot of tanks to the Ukrainian army. Basically they drive them to Ukraine and abandon them there to be picked up by Ukrainian farmers.
The payment is provided in HIMARS rockets coming through the roof of their command posts.
