First cup win/runner up by year? Uruguay won the first 2 world cups....Spain was the last "new" country to win it and Croatia was the las new runner up

Uruguay won the first 2 FIFA oficial professional soccer championships (2024 and 2028),the first World Cup (1930) and the fourth one of 1950.
