Ahh, gotcha - that makes sense to have more details stored somewhere else. From my incredibly inpatient centered viewpoint, I might leave out the dental work in order to squeeze in those diagnoses/medical history, but considering it’s meant primarily as a general health overview for dental as well as medical, I can see an argument for both.
