What's to stop a really major act (e.g. Taylor Swift) from performing in venues that are not controlled by Ticketmaster, or just setting up a parallel company? by havereddit

I said "Not in defense of"... For the record, I'm not a fan of Ticketmaster but I understand why they do some of the unpopular things they do.
