So the toppings for this monstrosity as follows: gumbo broth base from this recipe and added shrimp and lobster claws to the broth, gruyere/white sharp cheddar/mozz blended cheese, grilled cajun chicken breast, smoked andouille sausage, charred jalapenos and caramelized red onions

Yes! Toss it in at 500°F for 15-17 mins

Thanks, Definitely someone I’m going to try in the future, or a way to repurpose some of my leftover Gumbo.
