Would eat this for breakfast every morning!

Ate this on vacation in Bulgaria, really good stuff. The salad under the cheese also makes it healthy.

It just looks like a good halloumi to me, though fried really well on all sides.

There is a type of cheese called Paneer. It's a very simple cheese that you can even make at home. You can flavor it up anyway you want. My friend and I made some garlic herb paneer one time and fried it up just like this and it was on another level of delicious.
