To specifically answer your question though, I purchase it from Winco. It’s about $2.50 for a 3 oz ahi tuna filet. Great price, excellent quality.
For salmon, I’ll look for a company called “Great American Seafood Imports”, a brand of Southwind Foods. Their salmon that I buy is farm raised and immediately flash frozen.

Very helpful thank you. It should still be fresh though. I remember when I always got fresh tuna straight from the fisherman and ate it raw. Then I tried to do the same at a supermarket since I didn’t know any better and it was a rather unpleasant experience. I hope supermarkets are better now.
