That looks amazing! I tried making homemade sushi once. I could get the rice to stick to the paper, but once I cut it, it began to fall apart. Was my knife not sharp enough? Or maybe I washed my rice too much?

Having a sharp knife definitely helps a lot! Also it helps to put plastic seran wrap over the roll before you cut it - helps keep the roll together while you cut.
