For those interested in the flatbread recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Crushed garlic clove

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.

  2. Add the Greek yogurt, crushed garlic and olive oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and roll each one out into a thin round shape.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite dip or alongside a marinated meat like above lamb or chicken/beef.
