Awesome job here. I don’t cook steak too much, but it’s one of my favorite meals to cook. I season it well and sear it nicely, but I can’t seem to consistently cook it perfectly MR.

If you don't have a digital meat thermometer, I can't recommend one enough. They're pretty cheap and have been a complete game-changer for getting steaks MR consistently. OXO makes a good one.

Yup. Mine is dual probes that can go in oven, grill, etc., put one in the thickest cut and one in the thinnest, all of them will come out perfect. Not even sure what brand and it was very cheap but absolute game changer.
